Fees

For a Two Party Half Day Mediation

(up to 5 hours in total for preparation and mediation)
$3,700.00

For each additional party in a multi-party mediation
$600.00/party

For each additional hour over and above the 5 hour (half day) and 10 hour (full day) fee, including travel time if the mediation is held outside of Toronto $500.00/hour

Plus taxes and any incurred disbursements

For a Two Party Full Day Mediation

(up to 10 hours in total for preparation and mediation)
$5,800.00

For each additional party in a multi-party mediation
$600.00/party

For each additional hour over and above the 5 hour (half day) and 10 hour (full day) fee, including travel time if the mediation is held outside of Toronto $500.00/hour

(Plus taxes and any incurred disbursements)

Cancellation Fees

(a) For cancellation occurring between 30 and 45 days prior to the mediation:

(i) half day mediation $1,500.00
(plus taxes and any incurred disbursements)

(ii) full day mediation $2,500.00
(plus taxes and any incurred disbursements)

(b) For cancellation occurring less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to the mediation:

(i) half day mediation $2,100.00
(plus taxes and any incurred disbursements)

(ii) full day mediation $3,700.00
(plus taxes and any incurred disbursements)

(c) For cancellation occurring 7 days or less prior to the mediation:

(i) the full fee plus taxes and any incurred disbursements for both a half day or full day mediation.

I undertake to endeavour to fill any cancellation date with another mediation. Should I succeed there will be no cancellation fee except for any out of pocket disbursements incurred which I could not cancel without charge.
